Akron ArtWalk – December 9th, I’ll be at Summit ArtSpace in Akron from 4 – 9 pm. Give something special, unique, and handcrafted this holiday season and support local artists and the local economy. More than 50 local artists will be in the building with something to fit every person on your list (including you!) with many artist studios open as well.
This ArtWalk’s theme is “Meditations: Art and Mental Health.” We’ll have open galleries and artist studios, desserts, Hot cocoa, and pop-up vendors. Saturday, 10-4, I’ll be at the Kent Flea Holiday Show where you will find the rooms of this historic Kent Home filled with artisans, crafters and makers. We will also be filling the rooms across the street in the First Christian Church! You will find handmade jewelry, woodcraft, candles, soap, local honey and many more one of a kind, handmade gifts!
